Hi, I am in the process of selling some property in Canada and am in need of a Notary for the paper work. We spend our winters in a small park off Walshingham in Largo. Our lawer wanted to know if they could send the info directly to the notary and we would go in and sign? I am not sure which is the best route?

I want to thank you for always being at the ready. We have now used you for over a dozen Power of Attorney notary signings and you’ve come through each time. Thanks Chris.
