Dofollow real estate blogs 2011

September 2, 2011

dofollow real estate blogs 2011It really is difficult to find real estate blogs that don’t incorporate the nofollow attribute on comments. CallChrisToday.com is genuinely a dofollow real estate blog which means I share the link juice freely. All I require is intelligent comments that demonstrate you read the post. Nonsense comments will never be accepted and neither will useless comments like, “Great post! Thanks for sharing.”

Sorry for the casual readers of my blog but I’m creating this post to attract bloggers that are searching for real estate blogs that are not nofollow. That’s why I’m rambling on and repeatedly using words like nofollow and dofollow and real estate and Realtor and blogs. So stop reading this if you’re not here for the link love!

dofollow real estate blogs 2011

And if you know of real estate blogs that are dofollow please leave a comment with a link IN THE COMMENT. State that you checked and the real estate blog is definitely NOT nofollow. Please check before you leave a comment or link. And if you fill out the website field with a blog URL and your blog is not dofollow your comment will be deleted. This is a two-way street. If you want to tap into my link juice you need to reciprocate and share yours.

Again, don’t waste your time leaving comments on CallChrisToday.com that could have been written by someone who didn’t read and understand the blog post. Put some effort into your blog comments and you’ll be allowed to enjoy my dofollow real estate blog.

Dofollow is rare these days because of the misconception that it will bring 100% spam. As long as you moderate your comments it is so worth it. I have over 100 dofollow blogs.

  7. DO Follow Rules on November 16th, 2011 6:35 pm

    Custom IDX,

You sell IDX solutions yet you don’t understand the value in DO FOLLOW? Are you kidding?

  8. Seattle Homes on December 20th, 2011 2:59 pm

My site is for Seattle homes and I have a blog and other typical features of a real estate blog. However this is interesting as this is the first I’ve heard of a dofollow blog. I appreciate the tidbit, I’m going to have to see how I can modify my site for it.

  9. Chris O'Connor on January 23rd, 2012 4:47 pm

I strongly suggest you make your Blog dofollow. In fact I assume you’re posting on my Blog simply because it is dofollow and you want to inbound links. Your posts are rich with keywords so I can tell you know more about dofollow than you’re letting on in your comment. Making you own Blog dofollow would be a nice way to reciprocate, share the link juice and build up readers and comments.

    Hi Chris!
Great idea yours of a do follow list of real estate blogs!
We at inmobee think that Real Estate at South America still has to develop strongly and healthy. We work hard to spread the word and tell the rest of the world about opportunities we have down here, with great upside and a huge amount of issues that convert this investment in a real estate property in a living experience.

Thanks for this possibility of posting and letting all you people know a little bit more about us. We encourage you to pay us a visit in our three do follow blogs and leave your thoughts and opinions. It’s a Spanish spoken blog but Inmobee readers love also to read in English:

The whole NoFollow and DoFollow thing is getting out of hand, if people would put a little effort into whatever it is that they are doing the world would be a much better place…… everyone wants this INSTANT “everything for nothing” with no regard for quality and consistency. Maybe if people were willing to put in a little effort when it comes to the web and do things the right way and put in a bit of work…… we wouldn’t have this whole NoFollow thing going on.

Basically, one day a site is DoFollow and then it’s NoFollow and we all know why!

Chris, i emailed you in response to your post…. let me know what you think.

If I may, I would like to recomend that those who are looking for the dofollow blogs for real estate. Download the Firefox addon “Nodofollow” It will highlight all of the do follows and no follow links different collors to you know what blogs actually have do follow. It takes the guessing game out.
Best of luck in your Real Estate biz!

    Hi Chris,

It’s true ! It’s really difficult to find DoFollow blogs. Thanks for your great idea !!!

  14. Memphis Realtor on February 29th, 2012 12:19 pm

The blog on my site is do follow. http://mymemphisrealestateagent.com
I’d love to get more real comments. It’s free content. The old pagerank algo would penalize you for outgoing links but it really seems now that that’s not true anymore.

  15. Paul Viau on March 8th, 2012 4:44 pm

Unfortunately – I’ve had to shut off my comments on my real estate blog. I was
getting 100 comments a day – almost all were spam.

Maybe I will open up for comments again on an individual basis.

  16. Ground Rents on March 13th, 2012 11:16 am

“It really is difficult to find real estate blogs that don’t incorporate the nofollow attribute on comments. ” Difficult is an understatement. I’ve rummaged almost hundreds of websites advertising dofollow blog list and finding authentic and updated dofollow blogs with reputable content is manual labor. But I suggest, type in the keyword “dofollow blog list” on google and many useful links will apear. Thanks for this blog too Chris!

  20. Mark on April 2nd, 2012 5:31 pm

Do you get many spammy comments by making comments dofollow? I have not enabled the dofollow because I am somewhat scared of being overwhelmed by spammers. I hold comments for moderation so do you think that would work?

I guess I am willing to try it but if the spam gets too bad I will go back to nofollow

  21. Chris O'Connor on April 2nd, 2012 7:45 pm

Yes, you get a lot of attempts at spam but you simply make those comments as spam and they are deleted. It is usually very easy to tell if the commenter actually read the post or not. If they read the post and then made a comment that relates to my post I usually allow their comment. You have all the power when you set up your comments for moderation. Overall, it is worth it.

  22. Scottsdale Homes on April 7th, 2012 12:03 am

  23. Apartment Ratings on April 17th, 2012 5:09 am

Totally agree with your views Chris. It’s really difficult to find do follow real estate blogs. It actually makes it easier to share views and know what others have to say.

Chris, some SEO experts are saying that no-follow actually does carry some weight. What are your thoughts there?

  30. Chris O'Connor on March 6th, 2013 11:23 am

I’d need to hear their reasoning and evidence for the claim that nofollow links are actually followed or actually pass link juice to the linked site. Where did you hear this?
