My first experience with a Notary Public was quite embarrassing!

Mobile Notary Public I’d like to share a brief funny story that happened to me about 20 years ago.

For whatever reason I needed a document notarized and my friend informed me his mother could do it. She worked in a court house and she could notarize anything I needed notarized for free. So off I went to her house.

As we were talking she told me all about her job with the Pinellas County court system. She went on to explain she has been a “noted Republican” for decades and was happy to be able to help me with notarizing my document. To this comment I responded that my father is also quite a noted Republican and an outspoken opinionated one at that.

She cracked up laughing at my mistaking “Notary Public” for “Noted Republican.” I was quite embarrassed but we all had a good laugh at my expense.

Today I work as a mobile notary public in Palm Harbor Florida and surrounding areas. Yes, I’m also a residential Realtor.
